They say the first 40 days with your baby can impact the next 40 years. And no, that isn’t cause to panic! It’s a cue to look at the bigger picture.
Whilst the rest of the world is out there focusing on the birth, you’re going to be looking at the birth as just one part of your journey. As you transition into life as a mother (for the first or fourth time).
Even when you don’t know what you want, I’m here to listen. Really, truly listen.
Not just to the words coming out of your mouth, but how you move when you talk, your body language, your voice, your breath…it’s all part of uncovering what you truly want and need.
So we can prepare you for a birth and motherhood journey that’s built to fit you and all your wonderfully unique quirks.

Module 1: Your Breath
Learn the breathing techniques to stay connected and calm during your birth
Understand the stress response, how to manage it and why it’s crucial in birth
Discover embodiment practices, how to listen to your internal state and tune into your intuition
Access the tools and techniques to help move through your emotions
Module 2: Your Body
Understand the hormones of birth, why you need oxytocin and how to stimulate its release

Module 4: Your Recovery
Prepare for the precious time after your birth…Birth can often feel like the ending of a pregnancy. It isn’t. It is the start of your motherhood journey.
Understand, physically and emotionally, what you will need in those early days, weeks and months after birth
Get support to create a special and intimate space for you to find your feet, with the boundaries and the non-negotiables you might wish to have in place
